Fitness Suite Opening Times - Term Time (Saturday 3rd January onwards)
Monday - Friday (4pm - 9.30pm)
Saturday/Sunday (8am - 4pm)
Additional hours over school holidays will be available, please check with the sports centre reception for more details.
The fitness suite has a vast range of modern equipment, to fulfil all of your fitness needs. Our friendly and welcoming gym is the perfect place to get fit. We have a variety of cardio and resistance machines. There is a spacious free weights area and also a functional training area for users to enjoy.
Qualified gym instructors are available to assist with both inductions and the development of a personalised fitness programme. The fitness suite is available to both members and pay-as-you-go customers.
* Users aged 11-15 are permitted, however, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years+). There are also some restriction on the equipment that they are permitted to use. Details of these can be found in the fitness suite.
* During term time, sixth form students are permitted to use the facility between 3pm-5pm only Monday-Friday. At the weekend, entry is permitted between 8am-4pm.
